Quality control at every stage
We supply retailers and contract buyers who cannot afford surprises. Our quality process is documented, repeatable and shared with you at every order.
Documented, not improvised
Each shipment is accompanied by a packing list, inspection summary and product data sheet. Material composition, dimensions and care instructions are stated in English and Italian so your team can label and resell without rework.
Goods are checked against the approved reference sample. If a batch does not meet the agreed standard, we hold the shipment and agree a remedy with you before dispatch — rework, replacement or credit.
Products are supplied for their intended everyday use. We do not handle chemicals, hazardous goods, precious metals or regulated items of any kind.
Our four-step process
1. Supplier vetting
Every supplier is assessed on production capacity, material traceability and documentation before entering our catalogue.
2. Reference sample
We approve a sealed reference sample with you. Colour, dimensions, materials and finish are recorded and become the acceptance standard.
3. In-line checks
During production we check stitching, joinery, weight and dimensional tolerance on a sampling basis, so deviations are corrected early.
4. Pre-shipment inspection
Before goods leave the warehouse we run an AQL-based inspection on quantity, workmanship, labelling and packaging, with a photo report shared with you.
