Business Policies

1. Acceptable and prohibited products

CM RS MARIO DI CHEN SHUIPING trades exclusively in everyday consumer goods: furniture and interiors, apparel, carpets and textiles, homeware, bags and accessories.

We never handle:

• chemicals, chemical-industry products and hazardous goods;
• precious metals, gemstones and bullion;
• cryptocurrencies, tokens and any virtual currency;
• financial, insurance or investment products;
• weapons, ammunition and dual-use items;
• tobacco, inhalation products and alcohol;
• medicines, medical devices and supplements;
• adult content and any regulated or licensed article.

We do not accept orders intended for resale in those categories and may refuse any request that conflicts with this policy or with applicable international sanctions.

2. Orders and cancellations

Orders become binding on our written confirmation. Cancellation is free of charge within 48 hours of confirmation, provided production or shipment preparation has not started. After that point, costs already incurred may be charged.

3. Returns and refunds

As a B2B supplier, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. We accept returns of non-conforming, damaged or defective goods reported within 8 days of delivery with photographic evidence and the order number. Once we issue a return authorisation, goods must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds or credit notes are issued within 14 days of inspection.

4. Warranty

Products are warranted for 12 months from delivery against material and manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear, misuse and unauthorised modification.

5. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to chenshuiping1107@gmail.com. We acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and provide a substantive reply within 10 working days.

6. Ethics and sustainability

We require our suppliers to comply with labour, safety and environmental legislation. We reject child and forced labour and favour recyclable packaging and consolidated shipments to reduce transport impact.

7. Changes

These policies may be updated from time to time. The version published on this site is the one in force.
