• Data submitted through enquiry forms: name, company, email, phone, country, categories of interest, quantities, message.
• Navigation data and server logs (IP address, user agent, date and time).

• Order management and accounting/tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact; accounting and tax documents for 10 years as required by law; marketing data until consent is withdrawn.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with logistics providers, accountants, IT and hosting providers, appointed as data processors where required. No transfer outside the EU takes place unless appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply.

6. Your rights
