Shipping from the heart of Tuscany
We consolidate multi-category orders into a single shipment from Carmignano (PO), so you receive furniture, textiles and accessories on one delivery and one invoice.
Incoterms and responsibilities
We work by default on EXW or FCA Carmignano. DAP delivery to your warehouse is available on request and quoted per shipment based on volume, weight and destination.
Intra-EU shipments to a valid VAT-registered business are invoiced without Italian VAT under the reverse charge regime. Exports outside the EU are accompanied by the relevant customs documentation.
Goods travel insured on request. Please inspect pallets on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery document — this protects your claim.

Transit times are indicative and start after production and inspection are completed. Production lead time is confirmed on the order confirmation.
